Breakfast (late)
- 3- 4" sweet potato pancakes, 1 T syrup
- 2 scrambled eggs
- 2 saltines (mindless, oops)
- string cheese
- grapefruit
- 1 bowl potato-cauliflower soup with added carrot puree
- green salad, tomatoes, avocado, balsamic vinegar
- 80 oz
- 1 hour yard work (raking, trimming, hauling) = 4 miles
Defeats: Not getting my planned exercise time in. It was a busy day, but I need to stick with the plan!
