- Popcorn... no butter, but too much of it
A weird dinner, but it's just one of those things...

Breakfast (late!)
- 1 bowl Kashi 7 Grain Flakes and milk
- 1 banana
- 1 whole wheat quesadilla (dry skillet) with 1/8 c. cheese, 1 Tbsp. corn, 2 Tbsp. black beans, 5 slices black olives, smattering of green chilies, 1 Tbsp. reduced fat sour cream
- Kashi southwestern frozen entree (can't remember the name...but had corn, rice, black beans, etc.), 1 Tbsp. sour cream, 1/8 c. cheese
- I must admit, a few BLT's of chocolate frosting while I was icing the cake.
- 1 piece of homemade chocolate birthday cake
- 1 small scoop chocolate ice cream
- about 70 oz
- Wii Fit: 60 minutes = 4 miles (for the map)
- Pedometer: 6945 steps, but I forgot to take it off during the Wii, so probably more like 4000 steps = 2 miles
You are so much more in control of food than I am. I don't know how you do it!
