Hi! I'm popcorn. You may recognize me from the movies, your local microwave, or even the ballpark. But do you recognize me as a huge obstacle to your weight loss? It doesn't have to be that way! Now, for an unlimited time, when you avoid me at all possible costs, you'll lose weight faster, feel better, and stay on track longer.
